Let me know what you're doing during downtime here.
You have 2 weeks and party treasure is on the gold drive. Deduct what gold you're using.

Everyone has 4633 gold each, unless there's other stuff on the treasure sheet that you guys want sold for cash.

So Paul spend 2100g of his last night with Mike crafting him a suit of armor. That also took Mike 4 days of craft time.
Low level items aren't that expensive, but crafting definitely makes it cheaper than just buying. If there is something you're shopping for in Magnimar let me know and I'll roll to see if it's available. Low level items have a pretty good chance of being available at book prices (like level 1-3 stuff). Medium level will be more expensive and mid-to-high stuff even more expensive.

I'm saving up for something good. If anyone needs more, they can borrow it til we get more loot and pay it back.

I'll be taking Create Wondrous Item for my 5th level feat. For starters, I'll make a Cloak of Resistance +1 for myself. If anyone wants one as well, just pay me 500 gp to cover costs.

During your downtime Shalelu will meet with all of you over dinner one evening.
She says, "It was refreshing to see such a competent group as yourselves defending Sandpoint. Although I only live on the outskirts of the community, over the last couple dozen years I have grown very attached to this little town. Sandpoint has always welcomed outsiders and diverse races from across the world; unique communities like this should be protected.
I hope you are successful in your quest in Magnimar. I will continue to defend the area around Sandpoint, but if you need assistance leave a note for me at the Rusty Dragon. I check in there when I pass through town. With the goblins so recently beaten soundly at Thistletop and in the farmlands, I doubt there will be much trouble around Sandpoint for some time. But you must always keep a watchful eye out for evil."

I will be working on getting the glassworks fully operational to provide the party weekly income. This includes finding very skilled artisans, setting up trade for raw materials, finding space to sell the items both near and afar, etc etc.
I can roll the diplomacy to see how successful I am Jer once I get there.
Additionally, I'd like to see if Ifurita or her mage companion in town can do something about our basement runewell. Not comfortable w/ that thing in our temporary base.

You should be able to recruit and staff up the Glassworks in the two weeks you have. It's income will be equal to your diplomacy check x 5gp each week. Each week is a separate diplomacy check.
The runewell in the ruins under the Glassworks is currently deactivated but it is still magical. You'd need a successful dispel magic on it remove it's magic all together. The other option would be to smash it into bits. You and Wrex with a couple of hammers would only take a day of work to reduce it to rubble - that won't affect the magic on it, but may impact it's ability to activate.

Ray, it can be yours for the reasonable price of 500 gold.
