I killed the emperor, went to Illum and finished the quests there, and the last thing it wants me to do now are some flashpoints...

You should definitely do the Teral V and Maelstorm Prison flashpoints. Just because the storyline for them is so good from KOTOR.

Are those group flashpoints or are there solo ones I can do?

I think you might be able to solo normal mode with just you and your companion if you're high enough level (also helps if you're a tank and your companion is a healer).

I got my laptop back so I'll get SWTOR reinstalled and see how it looks. Haven't been on in a while though.
